Where are you located? Where do the items ship from?
All items are designed by Natalie Keller Pariano in her Clintonville studio located in Columbus, Ohio; and items ship from Columbus, too!
What are your business hours?
We love TCB (that’s taking care of business) Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST). We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and also on major holidays. We respond to emails and ship packages during business hours; if you hit us up outside of those hours we’ll get back to you on the next business day!
Shipping methods and packaging vary depending on the quantity of products and specific products ordered. Orders typically ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight and restrictions required by USPS. USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail should arrive in 2-4 business days after shipment.
Most items will ship within 5 business days; please note this does not account for actual shipping time. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email! Please see shipping section of these FAQ’s for standard shipping time and policies.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, fees and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their home countries.
To offer affordable international shipping, most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International and can take up to 30 days to arrive.
What type of paper do you use for the art prints?
We are committed to using a form of recycled cardstock that is both beautiful and eco-friendly.
Can you tell me more about a specific product?

I really like this/that/the other design, but I want to print it myself. Could you sell me the digital download?
The only designs available as digital downloads will be listed under the Digital Downloads section in the shop.
I’d like you to change one of the colors on an item you sell, can you do that?
Nope! But we LOVE color and Natalie uses a whole boatload of different colors all the time! We hope you can find something else in the color(s) that you like!
Can you hand letter my wedding invitations? What if I have a specific quote or saying that I want on an art print?
While Natalie would love to make a piece designed especially for you, she is not accepting personal commission work at this time, including wedding requests.
Can you sell me the font used on one of your pieces? What about the raw files of a specific design?
Every item is designed and hand-lettered by Natalie and is not a specific font that can be sold. If you are interested in learning about hand lettering, consider taking one of Natalie’s workshops! We do not sell the raw files of Natalie’s designs, but are open to licensing agreements with companies and brands. Please email us directly to discuss: email@example.com.
Do you do freelance design for businesses, universities and brands? Do you license your designs?

What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final except for the following reasons: damage from shipping, defective product, or incorrect item shipped. Please submit your claim for missing items or items damaged in transit within 72 hours of receipt and we will exchange and/or replace the items.
Can I return a digital download?
We are not able to offer returns on Digital Downloads because the files are delivered instantly at the time of purchase.
How does shipping work on returned/exchanged items?
We never charge additional shipping for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product, if your package is lost in the mail* or receipt of incorrect items. *However, if the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the package.
We will ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping for the following reasons: if you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above, if you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, if the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, if for any reason you were unable to collect your package at customs.

Natalie has a really cute suitcase and loves to travel with her workshops! Consider contacting a shop, art studio or other local business and pitch the idea of a NatterDoodle workshop! Can I book a private party with NatterDoodle?

I purchased tickets for a NatterDoodle workshop, but I can no longer attend. Can I request a refund?
Bummer! We will miss you! Similar to purchasing a ticket to a concert or another ticketed event, workshop registration is non-refundable and not transferable to another date. With five business days or more notice, we are happy to transfer your registration (for the same date and workshop) to another guest (IRL friend, nosy neighbor, rockin’ relative) at your request! Please send requests via email to email@example.com.
Should you not wish to transfer your registration, we are also happy to provide you the materials to use at home. Please arrange a pickup for your materials via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I purchase NatterDoodle products?
